Bought my vehicle 2 years ago from them and everything was great. Up until I received letters and s that they want my vehicle back knowing that I would still be upside down in it. I was told they could use the incentives for the down payment and could bury the negative equity into the newer vehicle.
To top it off we never heard anything back even a courtesy call saying that we would need money down. At least a courtesy call would have been nice. They are in desperate need of used cars needless to say a with only 36, on it especially during covid. Offered me the money knowing that I would not be able to come up with a down payment rather large amount. That's not how you conduct business especially if you want someone to return.
Needless to say I make all my payments ontime.
Not pleased at all. Will return for service on the vehicle but will shop somewhere else for my next vehicle. Worst ever car buying experience, ordered a sentra full package.
Received a car with pen mark on leather interior door. Attempted to clean the pen mark instead they made it worst and told me they would replace leather. After paying premium for car expected better, would not replace car. Worst dealership I have been to an in my 30 years in the military that is saying a lot. My experience at Nissan of Norwich has always been marked by excellent service from all the staff, both sales and service. Josue has been consistently professional and helpful in all my transactions there.
He is even patient while I try to figure out the functions of all the buttons in the SUV. However, I still suspect I may be able to warm up my lunch in the glove box.
Thanks to Bob for excellence in management and customer service. I had an amazing first experience at this dealership. From the moment I walked into the door, I was warmly greeted by Joe. He was very helpful, personable and attentive to my needs as a customer. Bob went above and beyond with ensuring I was able to walk out of the dealership with a vehicle and just when I though things could not get any better Finance Manager David made my experience even better.
I have absolutely no complaints about my experience at this dealership and I would definitely recommend anyone to take a stop at this dealership when looking for a new car. I was greeted on the door very friendly environment. I will recommend Nissan of Norwich to my friends and family. Nissan of Norwich is very customer service oriented. This is my 3rd Rogue. I knew around what I was willing to pay for the new car. They were very willing to work with me.
Their service area is excellent. At the end of it - I felt like I got a fair price for a good car. And I didn't have to spend all day there!!!!
